Tidepools is a romantic restaurant on a Koi pond in the Hyatt Regency resort in Poipu.    They serve contemporary Hawaiian cuisine and also steaks and other items.  The food is high quality and the service is great.  This is a great place for celebrating a special event.  If you eat at Tidepools, come early and enjoy a drink on their patio overlooking the ocean.  When you drive into the entrance of the Hyatt, you can continue straight ahead for valet or turn left into the self parking lot.
